At eSIModo, we want your experience with our eSIMs to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. We know that unexpected situations can sometimes occur, so we have prepared this return policy to explain under what conditions you can request a refund. Our goal is to be transparent and fair, so that you always feel secure when choosing our services.

Common situations in which you can request a refund

The refund is possible only if the request is made within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase.

What is the return procedure?

  1. You write to contact@esimodo.com and give us any information that could help us identify the order (name, email, phone).
  2. We check if the eSIM has been used (if it connected to the network in the destination country).
  3. We request the payment processor to return the money. You will receive the total amount on the card you used to make the payment within 5 business days
