At eSIModo, the delivery of our products is instant and digital. We do not charge shipping fees, and your activation code reaches you within a few moments.

1. Delivery Methods

Immediately after payment confirmation, you will receive your eSIM profile through two channels:

  • E-mail: You will receive a message that contains the activation QR code and the installation instructions.
  • SMS: We send a text message with the essential details for activation directly to your phone.

2. Delivery Costs

  • Digital delivery: Free
  • Processing fees: There are no hidden fees.

3. Important Details for Receiving Your Order

To make sure you receive your eSIM without delays, please keep the following in mind:

  • Country Prefix: When completing the order, make sure you enter the phone number with the correct international prefix. Without this prefix, our system cannot send the automatic SMS.
  • E-mail Verification: Sometimes, the security filters of e-mail providers may direct our message to the Spam or Promotions/Offers folder. Please check these sections if you don’t see the message in your Inbox.

4. Support and Assistance

In 99% of cases, delivery is made in less than 5 minutes. However, if 30 minutes have passed and you have not received our message through any of the communication channels:

  • Check the Spam folder again.
  • Contact us immediately at: contact@esimodo.com.

Our support team will manually resend your code as soon as possible.
