1. Delivery Methods
Immediately after payment confirmation, you will receive your eSIM profile through two channels:
- E-mail: You will receive a message that contains the activation QR code and the installation instructions.
- SMS: We send a text message with the essential details for activation directly to your phone.

3. Important Details for Receiving Your Order
To make sure you receive your eSIM without delays, please keep the following in mind:
- Country Prefix: When completing the order, make sure you enter the phone number with the correct international prefix. Without this prefix, our system cannot send the automatic SMS.
- E-mail Verification: Sometimes, the security filters of e-mail providers may direct our message to the Spam or Promotions/Offers folder. Please check these sections if you don’t see the message in your Inbox.
4. Support and Assistance
In 99% of cases, delivery is made in less than 5 minutes. However, if 30 minutes have passed and you have not received our message through any of the communication channels:
- Check the Spam folder again.

Our support team will manually resend your code as soon as possible.
